There are an online bill pay websites that are NOT affiliated with City of Grants Water Department. These third-party websites allow people to pay their utility bills via their site. However, they may charge the customer extra fees.
City of Grants Water Department cannot control when we will receive the customer payments from these sites, possibly resulting in a late payment from the customer or even disconnection due to non-payment.

As always, if you receive suspicious phone calls or emails, from someone claiming to be a representative of City of Grants Water Department, requesting payment, please report it to City of Grants Water Department or Police Department.
